Race Report | ADAC #4 Tensfeld | 2022 ADAC season already half way - BLOODY HARRY ENERGY

The fourth round of the ADAC MX Masters started in Tensfeld in front of 8,500 enthusiastic fans at the weekend. Because of a positive Covid test Junior Bal was not there to race, and Ofir tried to qualify after a training crash during the week. The Bloody Harry Energy RGS MX Team riders Dave Abbing and Romeo Pikand were fully healthy and ready to race all weekend long.

Dave Abbing | #200 | KTM 450 SX-F | ADAC MX Masters
“My weekend started very well with a 10^th place in qualifying, my best result of the season. My riding was much better than the ADAC round in Möggers, and I was feeling comfortable. But unfortunately during the race I had bad luck again. In the first race my riding was good but I crashed with another rider and my bike was bend to much to finish the race.
The second race was heartbroken for me, my riding was very good and I was on 13th place with a solid gap on 14^th place. Unfortunately my bike loses all the Power after 7 laps. I tried to ride carefully to save the bike, which already costed me two positions. To make the drama complete the engine broke down completely with four laps to go, and my possible best result was gone.
Third race I was forced to ride with my training bike and I did not feel comfortable on the bike and the track. I also got really bad backpain after 10 minutes. I started on 17^th place and I also finished in 17^th place. I am happy to leave the weekend with some championship points but I am ready for more. Next race is this upcoming weekend during the Zwarte Cross in the Netherlands in front of 100.000 visitors during the weekend. I hope my riding will be as good as last weekend and get points in all three motos.“

“This race was not how I would want it to be. I had a crash in a training during the week a I did hurt my back during the crash. At that moment I didn’t even knew if I could race this the weekend. My goal was to try qualifying on Saturday, but after trying my back didn’t feel good, so that´s why I took the weekend off.”

“This weekend I was riding the ADAC in Tensfeld. It didn’t went really well for me. Besides the fact my bike was good there weren’t much positives about the weekend. Every race something bad happened in the first lap, which made it difficult to finish the race in good position. After the ADAC weekend I went to Lommel to get better physical condition and a little bit more speed. My next race will be on upcoming Friday at the Zwarte Cross in Lichtenvoorde. For me it’s important to get a better first lap on the next ADAC race.”
